At Vici Energy, we operate at the intersection of global energy demand and the urgent need for a responsible transition. Our approach is built on the belief that true sustainability moves beyond compliance to create tangible value for our communities, partners, and the environment.

To anchor this commitment, we are proud to introduce our formal ESG framework, structured around three core pillars:

1. Environmental: Regenerative Operations

Decarbonizing our logistics through fleet emissions optimization, biofuel expansion, and investments in ecosystem stewardship like mangrove restoration.

2. Social: Empowered Communities

Building the workforce of tomorrow by investing in local STEM education, scholarships, and diversity, while supporting the communities where we operate.

3. Governance: Ethical Markets

Strengthening our foundation with rigorous compliance training, transparent internal controls, and strong ESG oversight of our suppliers and partners.

This framework aligns with our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and key UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring our actions are both locally relevant and globally aligned.

This outline provides a view of our priorities and direction. Soon, we will be releasing our first detailed Communication on Progress (COP) report to the UN Global Compact.

This official report will provide comprehensive data, metrics, and transparent accounting of our progress against the targets we have set within each of these focus areas.
